Primitiva: A Dance with the Line of Beauty. This talk examined the development of Primitiva, a generative jewellery design project exploring the relationship between human creativity and digital tools. The presentation traced how long-term experimentation with storytelling and two-dimensional visual exploration informed the emergence of a series of symbolic talismans. The talk reflected on the interplay between intuition, tacit knowledge, and computational processes in design practice, showing how ideas migrated across media and evolved over time. The project was discussed as an example of how human judgement and technological systems interacted in the creation of meaningful design outcomes.
