Jean Attali (b. 1950) is a French philosopher and Professor at the Paris-Malaquais School of Architecture. He is the author of numerous articles on architecture, cities, and contemporary visual art, and has collaborated with many architects, most notably Rem Koolhaas.
The event is part of the course Urban Critique (Urban Lab), taught during the autumn semester to second-year architecture students at the Iceland University of the Arts, under the guidance of Sahar Ghaderi and Karl Kvaran.
Jean Attali (Professor Emeritus at the school of Architecture Paris-Malaquais. PSL) will deliver a lecture, followed by a panel discussion with students and architects.
