Abstract
DaDOM empowers care professionals to use music as a powerful tool for well-being in their daily work. Daily musical interventions have been shown to improve sleep, eating, communication, and reduce behavioural challenges, especially in dementia care. For care workers, learning to use music can ease everyday tasks like eating and showering, while reducing stress and boosting job satisfaction and confidence. Despite these benefits, music in care is rarely included in VET training—DaDOM is changing that.
