abstract = "For engineering students it is a common practice to deliver study project results in the form of written reports. Students deliver numerous reports both on exercises in theoretical studies and on laboratory work. There is no doubt that report writing during school and university years is an exercise of high value and engineering students need to master academic report writing. There are however other possibilities for students to deliver their results, including videos. In recent years, recording and processing video material has become much easier than before. This is due to the powerful video recording capabilities of smart devices and video processing apps available both for smart devices and computers. Teachers at engineering faculties of the University of Iceland have experimented by letting students deliver results on video and on rich text presentation form. This paper describes the experiences made from the teachers' point of view but the students' perspective will also be described.",
