The Nordic fisheries management model: description and experience

With the fishing technology of today it is vital to regulate the fishing of all principal marine stocks. Most fishing nations attempt to do so, using very different models. The large simulation model described in this publiction has been implemented in Iceland, where individual catch quotas are transferable.
